4. Investigation & response

We will investigate and aim to provide a final response within the timeframe required by applicable regulation, explaining our findings and any resolution.

5. If you're not satisfied

If you are not happy with our final response, you may be able to escalate to the relevant external ombudsman or regulator for your jurisdiction.
